How to migrate old Holyheld token to the new one?
In 19th January 2021 farming of holyheld cryptocurrency was ended up and you need to migrate them to the new one. Why? Firstly you have to do that due to the bonus tokens. Secondly, after migration, the new smart contract will start working with extra features like:
- real total supply (the old contract contains 100 mln total supply before burning)
- all needed functionalities which allow building the next generation banking service (neo bank approach)
Let’s through the tutorial step by step:
Jump to the website https://app.holyheld.com/ then select pool you farmed. I assumed that major had HOLY-ETH UNI-V2 LP pool. Click Select button and Connect wallet (metamask is the most popular one).
Click harvest and unstake button. I migrated my tokens so the button is half transparent. Before that, it has a black background. You should see metamask popup and click Confirm transaction. Unfortunately fee on ETH blockchain is high so I recommend finding an interval time in your time zone when it is cheap. After that click the undo button.
Go to the uniswap Holy-ETH pool (you have to connect with your wallet before obviously) then click Approve and Remove your liquidity.
Return to Holy website and Approve button. It is a mandatory step because a contract needs to get access to your funds. Confirm transaction.
After that click Migrate tokens button.
Noticeable you have to migrate the minimum the same amount of tokens that you have farmed. For instance, after staking you earned 1000 Holy so you migrate at least 1000 Holy tokens if you want to get a bonus.
However, if you don’t have sufficient amount of Holy token to get a 100% bonus you can migrate what you have to get a reward proportionally. For instance, you staked 5000 Holy but you possess 2500 Holy. You have two options. Either you just migrate your stack then you will get 50% reward or you buy the rest 2500 Holy tokens to obtain the full bonus. Furthermore, you can migrate several times but each transaction takes a lot of commission.
If you have more than it is required you can sell them on uniswap and buy on sushiswap. But remember that migration is ongoing by end of February.
Go to your metamask wallet and scroll down. Click Add Token button
The new contract address is: 0x3fa729b4548becbad4eab6ef18413470e6d5324c and you can find it in etherscan under the link. Copy and paste him to the Token Contract Address field then click Next button.
That’s it! You possess the new Holyheld (HH) token in your wallet!
